Our story
Indian Cargo Packers and Movers started in Delhi in 2010 under Praveen Singh. Over the years the work grew from local house moves to office relocation, car and bike transport, storage and moves to other cities, and the branch network grew with it.
The head office is at Plot No. 356, Bharthal, near Syndicate Bank, Sector 26, Dwarka, New Delhi 110077. Each branch runs its own crews, so a move is usually handled by the branch closest to your pickup address.

- House Shifting: From a 1 RK flat to a 4 BHK villa: room-by-room packing, labelled cartons, careful loading and unpacking at your new home.
- Office Relocation: Workstations, IT equipment and files moved on a schedule built around your working hours, so the business keeps running.
- Local Shifting in Delhi NCR: Moving within Delhi, Gurugram, Noida or Faridabad? A crew is sent from the branch nearest to you, which keeps local moves quick.
- Packing & Unpacking: Multi-layer packing with bubble wrap, corrugated sheets, stretch film and the right carton for every item, from crockery to LED TVs.
- Loading & Unloading: Trained crews and hydraulic lifters for heavy furniture, almirahs and appliances, handled without scratches even on narrow stairs.
- Car & Bike Transport: Cars on a car carrier and bikes packed for the road, with a condition check at pickup and at delivery so you know exactly how they travelled.
- Domestic Relocation: Moving out of Delhi? Door-to-door household and office relocation to 120+ cities across India, with updates along the way.
- Warehousing & Storage: Secure short and long-term storage for household goods and business stock when you are between homes or offices.
- Transit Insurance: Optional transit insurance that covers your goods against damage or loss on the road, with help on the paperwork if you claim.

Survey
On a video call or at your home. We list what is moving and check stairs, lifts and where a truck can park. - 03
Written quote
Every charge on its own line: packing, transport, floors, crating and any extras you choose. - 04
Packing and inventory
Room by room, with an inventory you sign at pickup. The same list is checked at delivery. - 05
Delivery and unpacking
We unload, place furniture where you want it and unpack if you booked it. You get a GST invoice.

Where we can't help
- International moves. We are a domestic mover; an overseas shipment needs an international mover for export packing and customs.
- Cash, jewellery, important documents, firearms and anything hazardous. The full list is in our terms.
- Digging out garden plants. A gardener should lift them a few days before the move.
